I'm still on spotify free

I'm still on spotify free

I just bought spotify premium twice, i still get ads and linited skips and i cant choose the songs i want. I paid using Mol or Money online and the receipt is in my email. I already tried other accounts including my facebook and i tried logging in with my email. Help me please i already bought spotify twice because of this problem and i still didnt get it. My first purchase was just yesterday.

Hey @Yun-ph, Welcome to the community!

 

  • First of all check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium. 
  • If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. 
  • If it says Free, check the receipt we emailed you.
  • Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

 

 

Its not a 10 digit number. If you mean the receipt from MOL then its not.
