Alright! Having in mind that your account is set to the Student discount, but it isn't working you should be in touch with the Customer Support directly. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Customer Support page here.
  2. Select the option "Subscription".
  3. And then, select "Student discount".
  4. Tap "I still need help" button.
  5. Fill the form and then you be guided to a chat page.

Welcome to Spotify Community and thanks for posting!

About your problem, first of all make sure your account is already set to the Student Discount. And check the date that the discount was applied to see if your bill had been done before the day that the discount was released.

Take a look at these informations, and answer me if everything is right.

Hello Hezorg,

I just had a look and I applied for the student account in december and got
granted for it. I didn't know I had to sign up again for the student price.

>From now on I will pay 4.99 euro instead of 9.99 euro. Although, I don't
found this way fair. Why do I have to apply for it again, when I got
granted for it. I wish I could have a refund for all the overpayments..
