I'm subscribed to premium and it's not working!

I'm subscribed to premium and it's not working!

I got charged for the month and my account says free. I've deleted my apps and reinstalled them and it still isn't working. I'm getting ripped off!! Help?

Hi @Shk23nauedu,

 

If your account still shows as Free on the Subscription page, you can check the status of the charge on your bank statement.

 

If it appears as pending/pre-auth/processing, this might explain things: https://support.spotify.com/article/pending-charges/. You might want to try using a different credit or debit card as well.

It's definitely not pending, I also had tried another card and it charged me $4.99 5 times on that card. Not sure what else to do.
