I'm trapped on premium! :(

I don't use premium enough to say I'm paying ten pounds a month so I thought i'd cancel but when I tried to cancel, it asked for my password, so I typed THE RIGHT password in about twenty times and it repeatedly said it was wrong! But I know it was right because to check I logged in and out of spotify and it worked :L so now I have to stay on unlimited but I can't get back to free spotify 😞

Hey there!

There's a couple of things you might want to try here.

* Try logging out of Facebook in your browser, and attempting the process again.
* Failing that, you might want to try using a different browser - Google Chrome, Safari, so on.

This should let you cancel your subscription.
