I'm trying to update country setting on my spotify account settngs, but my e-mail is already in use

I'm trying to update country setting on my spotify account settngs, but my e-mail is already in use

Hey I've been trying to change my country of my account settings to Norway since that's where I live now, but whenever I hit "save profile" it wont go through I just get the error that says my email is already in use...
(direct quote: Another account is already registered with this email address.)

I didn't even try to change my email so I'm kind of confused.
Can you help me out please? And fix what ever bug that I am experiencing?

Hello!

 

Hmmm.. thats weird. You should use this form to contact Spotify directly, they should be able to see what might be going on. If you want you can also try using a different email address. This happens sometimes for people, and the support staff is usually able to fix it pretty quickly.
