I'm unable to change my country

Hello,

sometime ago I've moved from gb so I wanted to change my country in the Spotify settings. Sadly after I clicked edit profile and picked my current location it has not changed my country in my account details. Despite fact that it desplays gb as my country it shows the right country after I click edit profile. Is there any way to deal with this issue? I'm unable to buy premium since my payment method does not match my profile country.

Thanks for getting in touch.

 

You will be able to change the country in your account, after your account has reverted back to Free, or after you upgrade your subscription to Premium using a payment method from the country you moved to. This means that you won't be able to change the country in your account to Poland when you are still enjoying Premium days from the UK.
