I'm unable to login- it's keeps saying something went wrong

I'm unable to login- it's keeps saying something went wrong

I was on a family premium plan, however now I'm moving. To a single user plan only for my account, however. Now I'm unable to login - every time I try it says something went wrong, I've reset password as well, but nothing helps me login.

My Question or Issue

Please help me login to my account so I can access and upgrade the plan, resetting the password isn't working it won't let me login
