I made a spotify premium account and I logged out and I dont know my username password or email

I have recently made a new spotify account and it is premium. I accidently logged out of it and now I don't know my email or password. I know my username which is ivanli2003-ca. I can't log back in and now I have to use 10 bucks every month for nothing because I logged out and don't know how to get back in. May someone please help me?

I have the same problem but i don't know my email, password or usernam. I tried writing to spotify but they just wrote that i should check this place out.
