I may have created new acct whilst trying to sign into prem. Acct now i cant get prem. To work

Bought new phone tried signing in and since I wasn't logged out of the old device it wanted me to create new account. Now I cannot get onto my premium account since I used my email before and I'm stuck on the free trial mode
