I need a refund!/solution to having what i paid for.

on 02/08/16. I was trying to get a student premium subscription for my Son, I'd entered my payment info, but before finish the aplication the site got closed and i couldn't complete it! So now I have been charged for the premium anyway. BUT I HAVEN'T THE PREMIUM WHEN I GO ON THE APP.

Hi YolieRib,

 

The 'charge' is just an authorisation that was sent to your bank - the actual payment failed and the authorisation will be released soon.

 

Could you please try getting the Student deal via www.spotify.com/student?  If that fails, then you might wish to try https://spotify.sheerid.com/
