I need a refund

This is really ridiculous and unorganized, you need a new way of communicating because I've been waiting for three days for a freaking reply. I keep emailing saying my card was charged and i had already cancelled my subscription and nothing happens. My money needs to go back on my card before this weeks ends. This is really ridiculous!

I responded to the automated message but I still didn't get a reply. Its says I have to put who the message is going to and I put spotify, does spotify have a specific e-mail/ name?

It can take up to 24-48 hours to get a response.
