I need help canceling an account that I don't know the email for.

I've tried emailing support but obviously that isn't going to help me since they just told me the exact stuff I was able to find out on my own.

I've been charged for the past 3 months for a spotify premium account and didn't realize it, because I am not using a premium account. I've tried logging in with every email account that I have, none of them have an active premium subscription. So how can I cancel the account?

All you need to do is get in contact with Spotify support and provide your payment details and their Accounts team can take a look backstage. The easiest way to contact them is by messaging SpotifyCares on Facebook or Twitter. They usually respond within 48 hours!
