Yeah that´s right.

I now have an account loggin via facebook. I pay for premium.

I now want to "release" facebook and have Spotify seperated.

But I don´t want to pay for two premium accounts for one month.

Thanks for clarifying. 

If you created your account with Facebook, it’s not possible to disconnect Facebook from Spotify. You can learn more about Spotify and Facebook here.

The best way to be able and switch accounts without paying for both, is to cancel your subscription on your old one, and wait until it reverts to free. 

After that process is completed, you can use your current account and subscribe to Premium on there, and you should now just be subscribed on one account.
