I need help with Spotify Premium

Hello.
I previously had the Spotify Premium service with a VISA card. I do not have this service as I closed the card.
Now I want to have the Premium service with the Card Diners Club International, but I'm from Ecuador; on the card says "Valid only in Ecuador" which indicates that only served in Ecuador. I have no other cards more than that, is there any way to get the premium service with the card or is there another way? Thank you.

There are many payment methods to get Spotify Premium. You can check which ones are available for your country by following these steps:

1. Go to your account page.
2. Click Subscription in the menu on the left. 

Note: If you’re on Free, you’ll need to click GET PREMIUM. (Don’t worry, that won’t sign you up for Premium.)

Keep in mind that your card must be good for online payments.
