I don't have the email or password for my old spotify account, however the username is just Asdf, and I'm still getting charged for premium months later. Don't panic 🙂 If you can't acces your account and you can't cancel the premium you just need to contact Spotify Consumer Support filling  this anonymous contact form. You will need to answer some questions to confirm your identity.

If you receive an automated email that leads you back to the community or help pages, reply to it (even if it's from "no-reply") and one of the Spotify team members will get back to you as soon as possible.
