I need to speak to someone with Spotify Billing in person.

i need to speak to someone about double billing. two months now. if not i will remove my subscription and use social media to get the word out about the lack of customer service for this company. I have tried tywo numbers that i found and everywhere i have looked there is a total lack of user friendly billing services.  please respond.
