Hey, 

 

I have never tried a subscription before just one, and it was Spotify for students and then you said you could not verify it, and you charged me 3 times for that, and I am still on free, which is where I want to stay. I just want my money back and then I want to cancel my account for good

Hey @victorialeon

 

Since Spotify coudn't verify your student details, the charge that is shown on your card / bank account should be removed within a few days. You shouldn't be charged.
