I no longer can follow playlists on my phone

My Question or Issue

I am no longer able to follow any playlist from my phone, and even if I try to go to the ones I had followed before, or my own playlists, I can't, spotify starts to think and think and the three dots stay there forever. I can see my playlists in my computer, but obvsiously I want to be able to get them back on my phone and to add new ones!

Please someone help, I have been trying to solve this all day, I have reinstalled both applications, switched to offline mode, everything really, I don't know what to do.

Could you give me more information about the issue you're experiencing? And also, let me some screenshots that show exactly what is happening on your Spotify account. (Be sure you'll not share any sensitive information on screenshots).
