I no longer have access to my facebook and old email

(This is my new account) I made my other account a few years ago with my old Facebook and old email. I no longer have access to these accounts, and would like to cancel the account from charging my bank account. I can provide multiple sources of proof that I'm the account owner i.e payment info, past receipts, and photo ID upon request from an official Spotify support member. Is there a phone number or email I can contact to handle this issue?

In case you do not have access to your old Facebook account and email, it shadows the option of canceling or moving your details between accounts.

A possible help here would be to contact the support team through this "About Us" page and explain the situation for them to check it out.
