Hi @Gabyscott,

 

Please make sure  to:

- Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
- If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
- If it says Free, check the receipt Spotify sent to your email inbox. Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

I did no get a receipt from spotify or welcome email.
So I asume there no charge, rigth ?

Nothing, its says there is problem and there is no charge made and than returnme to the main page, but i received a text from my bank confirming the charge.
I alredy called the bank and they said there is no charge made today.
But due I received a confirmation I'm affraid to be charge and did not get any service
