I paid for my subscription under the wrong email

I paid for my subscription under the wrong email

So just today I went to 7 Eleven and paid for my suscription, but I think I used an email that isn't connected to my spotify account.

Both of the emails, the one connected to spotify and the one I entered to pay are mine, how can I fix this?

I'd suggest you to contact Spotify directly through their Contact form, so they can check your account from their end, and to provide you the best resolution about this issue.

 

You may also reach them through their twitter account @SpotifyCares, or through their Facebook page.
