I paid for spotify premium but it still shows that my account is a free user. How to fix it?

I paid for spotify premium but it claims I'm still a free user. It has already charged me yet I don't get the benefits of a premium user. Please help??

If you go here ( https://www.spotify.com/accounts/subscription/ ) which type of subcrition do you have?

First, try logging out of the Spotify app, and then log back in.

 

If you still don't have premium,

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
