I paid twice and nothing! i'm Still Free !!

A few days I've been trying a solution to my account on Spotify but unfortunately I can not, despite receiving notification of the credit operator via SMS on the payment act, I continue with the free User account. it pisses me off enough since there is in Brazil a direct channel such as email or call center to resolve the problem. I noticed that the value was shot in the total limit of my credit card and none of the solutions presented to uninstall, log in again, erase everything and start over, solves nothing. I do not have another account, and the email you use is the same facebook that is connected and synchronized.

I expect a quick solution because really like the application.

If you haven't received a receipt from Spotify via Email, it's very likely just a pending charge: https://support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/managing_payments/pending-charges/
