Your status should be Premium. *If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app. *If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. on this page: https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/receipt/
Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.I hope this solves your problem.Cheers,Vincent
@carstenmolin, can you please log in at the website of Spotify onto the accoontoyou have payed Premium with. Then you need to check the most resent receipt for your username: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/
