I pay for premium but only Get free accounts!!!

Spotify you to fix this asap. I have always for years been a premium user, now all my accounts are free??!!

Here's what to try if you've upgraded to Premium but don't see it in the app.

*Check your subscription page. Your status should be Premium.
*If you're on Premium, try signing out and back into the app.
*If it says Free, check the receipt we send to your email inbox. on this page: https://www.spotify.com/nl/account/subscription/receipt/

Make sure you're signing in with the username on that receipt. If the username on your receipt is a 10 digit number, please sign in with your Facebook login details.

IT does not help. I het charged for premium and ITS om auto renewal. Ive logged In and out without any effect.

@carstenmolin, can you please log in at the website of Spotify onto the accoontoyou have payed Premium with. Then you need to check the most resent receipt for your username: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/receipt/
