I have been charged 2 months in a row for premium but when I had to relog in on my iphone about a month ago it says that my account does not have premium. At the same time I never logged out of my account from my tablet and I get my premium feature. PLEASE HELP!!! this is getting really frustrating... IF THIS PROBLEM IS NOT RESOLVED SOON I AM CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION

If you sign into your online overview does your account show as premium?
Normally a quick clean reinstallation of the app should sort it out if its not being recognised.
