I pay for premium every month but app says I don't have a membership/lost all my songs

I've had Spotify premium for over a year. As per usual on the 22nd of the month I get charged $9.99 for my premium membership however, two days ago I lost all my saved songs in the library AND my playlists on my account. Every time I log into my account it gives me the option to sign up for premium (which I already got charged for on my Visa today). 1. What is going on and 2. If I'm still getting charged for premium every month at least give me my account back with all my songs

If you can't make use of the Premium features, could you check out this page and go through the steps? 🙂

 

Also be sure to check the following:

  • Log out and back into your account
  • Check the status of your subscription
  • Check the status of your payment
  • Check that your Premium subscription isn't on another account

None of that helped as I already got charged on Wednesday for my monthly
prescription yet my account still says it's free. I only have one spotify
account under one email address and I've tried multiple times logging in
and out of it to see if it would change.
