I phone app not logging in

I go to log in and get a pop up box saying Spotify can only be used for 14 days abroad.... I’m not abroad.... help please!!!

Right now it's only possible for free accounts to use Spotify abroad for 14 days.

Could it be that you created your Spotify account while you were abroad?
