I purchased spotify premium, but it isn't working

Hey! I bought spotify premium gift card for myself and sent it to myself, as I thought it was a way around "country block". I'm a danish guy living in sweden and I only have a danish credit card. When I got my code it told me that I couldn't use it in sweden so I gave the code to my friend. She says that the code has already been used, but nor I or her have premium on our accounts. Please help!

Unfortunately, Spotify gift/eCards can only be redeemed in the country they where purchased in. You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to look into why the card is no longer valid for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
