I registered my NUS - I still got charged £9.99

Hey,

I registered my NUS card to get my student discount on spotify approximately a week ago. 
For some odd reason, I still got charged £9.99 on 14th of this month - can you please explain why this happened?

Hi,

It looks like you did not go through the correct link and got charged the full price.

To activate the NUS deal, you need to subscribe via www.spotify.com/uk/student.

Could you please contact our Payment Team?  They will be able to set your account ready for the NUS deal and refund the extra £5 that you spent.
