I registered with facebook, but I can not change my email address.

 I do not see my current e-mail address and birth date on facebook. I have old information. And I can not change.

Try logging out and back in to see if it helps. If not, make sure Spotify can see this info from your Facebook.

To check, just go to your Facebook settings > Apps > Spotify. Make sure email address and date of birth are checked.

Hi there.  I also have this problem.  I can not change my old email adess, (which i need to do to register a smart watch to play music).  The account is associated with a spark account in NZ.  Spark says they can not help me.  Who can I discuss this problem with please?

If your Spotify account was also created via Facebook, try following the steps posted by Sergio.

If that doesn't do the trick, try updating your Facebook profile's email address back and forth to see if it's updated on Spotify.
