I request streaming data, but the confirmation email won't show up

I request streaming data, but the confirmation email won't show up

Tbf my email was inactive, but i activated it immediately, then resent the request, it still won't show up

 

I already checked the spam too

Thanks for reaching out to the Community and welcome!

 

If your email was deactivated and you recently reactivated, that's most likely the reason why you didn't receive the confirmation email. You could try updating your email for one that hasn't been inactive. You can follow the steps in this article to do so. Once done, try requesting the email again.

 

If that doesn't work, or you don't have another email, then it's best to reach out to our Support Team, and they'll be able to check.
