I see my Facebook Profile pic, but can't connect to Facebook

1. I installed the latest Spotify software

2. I logged in with my username and password.

3. I see my Facebook profile picture in settings.

4. When I go to the "Social" section there is a "Connect to Facebook" button.  I click it.

5. I log in to FB, the window closes.

6. Nothing happens.  The "Connect to Facebook" button is still there, even after restarting the software.

7. I'm unable to connect with any friends.

My username is dajovion and I have a premium account.

I've also tried this same thing on my iPhone app with the same results.  I try to "add friends" and it asks me to connect to Facebook.  I try to connect, but nothing happens after it successfully goes to Facebook and comes back to the app.  It still asks me to connect.
