I sent a question through the Spotify Contact Us page, is this all?

Country: Canada

So I sent in a question that was very far from any normal question spotify customer support will receive as it was more of a request than solving an issue. Immediately I received an email (look at file attachment) that told me 

Hello,

We have some quick options we think can help you

And then just listing their support site, community page, and twitter.

 

Will I receive a follow up specifically helping with what I needed or is this all the help I can receive?

Hey @user-removed, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

In that case, go ahead and reply to that email stating that you still need help and someone from Customer Support will get back to you at their earliest convenience.
