Have you received an automated reply? If so, reply to it that e-mail and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

If you didn't received anything, then double check your junk folder. If you still don't see any e-mail, I would suggest to get in contact using the online contact form, or the alternative form in case you are unable to login.

Good luck mate. I replied to my automated reply, was contacted by a team member who asked me for specific information. I sent him that and have heard nothing for two days, despite repeatedly replying to him....

 

It's pathetic, all I want is the serive I've actually paid for
