I sent a year gift to a facebook friend, and I see the charge on my bank statement, but they never got it, and spotify was not able to help her, saying they see no payment for her, so I'm wondering if I gifted to the wrong email address or something... how do I fix this, who do I contact?
Been trying to sort this out since DECEMBER 2012!~

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.
If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I was kind of hoping for a phone # to talk to a real person, that's how quality customer service operates... I don't understand why companies like facebook and apple don't have these crucial features for support.
Spotify don't have telephone support, email via the contact form is the only way to get in touch I'm afraid.

I received an email assking for the invoice, which I do not have, all I have is my online bank statement that shows I was charged.
