I set up app on my iphne & on PC but they aren't linked. Have I doubled up?

I installed the app on my, put in a short playlist to get the hang of it, then went online on my PC to sign up and set up payment, successfully, but it hasn't linked to my iphone so I'm worried I've set up two separate accounts and will lose my playlist. I'm confused. Thank you.

Yes @Fleur23, I would recommend deleting the account that isn't associated with your premium subscription. Once you've moved your playlist(s) over, you can follow these instructions to delete the account on your phone.

Hi,

It's possible you created two accounts. If you have a playlist on your phone that isn't showing up on the Desktop app or Web Player, then this is most likely the case.

How did you sign up for these accounts? Are they using the same email address?

 

Here are some instructions on how to move your playlist to your new account, if you would like to.

Thank you so much for replying. I signed up through App store on my phone (wasn't asked for an email address), then read somewhere that I needed to use my PC to organise premium, so I did that, assuming they'd link somehow. Should I get rid of the phone app, since I've bought the premium package on my PC, and then link the two myself - as per your very helpful instructions.
