Hey there,


Thanks for reaching out.

 

I recommend making sure you're using the right account within the app (it should be the account you bought Premium for). You can head into the app's Settings > Account. Does it say Premium there?

@Maxim is there any way to verify which account premium payments are going towards?

You can compare your Spotify account's order history with the one for your online banking to see if the dates match. You can also find your billing date as well as your subscription status on your account page.
