Ok, so if your current plan is Individual Premium, please follow these steps:

1. Go to your account page.
2. Select Spotify Premium Duo and complete the process.
3. Once it's done, go to the link bellow and send an invitation to your wife:

https://www.spotify.com/account/duo

Invited members get a link to join, where they need to:

• Log in to (or sign up for) their own account
• Confirm their full address

Note: You're only allowed to change Duo plans once a year.
