I subscribed with facebook but when I want to log in on my computer, the account isn't the same with the account in my iphone app.

So the point is, I use the same way(my facebook) to log in but they are different accounts in my computer and phone, so one of it is premium and the another isn't.

I hope there's someone can help me and is there a way to directly contact with spotify staff, I think there is some mistakes of my account in the server, thank you!

I forgot to say that I subscribed by the plan of fido pulse, the carrier in Canada...

Normally this happens when a duplicate account exists, one with a spotify username / password and one with your facebook details.

Did you get an email receipt for your subscription purchase? In it, it shows your Spotify username:

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

Logout of the app, and be sure to use it to login to your account. It's the one with the Premium features. If you see a random number, that's your actual Spotify username, which was assigned automatically to you when you created your account through Facebook. If you see it in your receipt, you need to login with your Facebook details.
