I think I have two accounts

So, I went Premium first in my family. When my girlfriend and my brother went Premium, I took the Family Premium offer. The problem is that I kept on paying two different accounts. One with my Premium alone, and another with the three Premiums (girlfriend's, brother's and mine). Now I want to cancel my girlfriend's Premium and I can't. After looking for the receipts I realized I could only sign in to my individual account, and that I couldn't sign in to my Family account. Therefore, I can't unsuscribe my girlfriend's Premium. HELP PLEASE!

Hey @Gonbarcala,

 

Do you get email receipts for your subscription purchases? Search for them in your email accounts. In it, the Spotify username you're paying for is shown:

 

Username/ID:        xxxxxxx

You can login to the website with that username to check the status of your subscription, and your receipts. If it's for your Solo Premium, look for another one with your Family details.
 
In the website you can cancel if you want to, delete your payment info, and manage members in the case of the Family account.
