I think I've might been hacked

Since earlier today I can't log in to my account although I've had it since 2009 without any problems. The email I used back then is no longer active so I can't get my password back. I'm suspecting I might have been hacked. I don't mind losing my account, but I would prefer not paying for premium for an account I can't use. How do I fix this?

Also (I want to curse but I wont), why can't I contact Spotify directly with this problem? It's real frustrating.
