I think my account was hacked

For some reason when I log in, I'm seeing a bunch of Korean music on my history and it's affecting my recommendations.  I've never liked or played anything of this sort ... it's messing up all my discovery suggestions.

I have a premium subscription.

What can I do to fix?

log into your spotify account online and go into account change your password then down the buttom of the page their will be a log out everywhere button.. this will log out any losers using your account . if you have a keylogger on your machine they could get your password again
