My Question or Issue

 I think my other account "bursasaw" may have been hacked!! I've been logged out of everything, and my passwords don't work! :'(

 

I can't reset the password either, due to forgetting the email I used to register it, but also due to the fact if it's the email im thinking of, I have lost access to it! D': Please help me. I can prove bursasaw is actually me (to mods/admins of course only).

P.S The image attached is how I found Spotify when I opened to check if I had been logged out on my laptop too. (I found out by trying to log back into Spotify on my phone)

Hey! Thanks for taking the time to look at my post! Also for even bothering to answer it ❤️ 

Sadly just one issue, I don't have access to the email, Gmail "demitioned" it a while a go :"(

In case you don't have access to your email, there are steps listed in the support article to get in touch with Spotify Support Team directly:

  1. Go to our contact form.
  2. Select Logging in.
  3. Choose I can't log in to Spotify. 
  4. Click I STILL NEED HELP.

They will help you get back the access to your account. Hope this helps!

 I can prove it's me, I swear, I use chrome and it saves all my passwords.

it should tell you all about how you can get your account back

I did, i got to the point where i was told that was an automated message but no one got in touch with me like i was told was going to happen.
