My Question or Issue

I had cancelled my premium on my account on February 4 2019. Got a confirmation email saying that my premium would end on February 19. But I received an email saying Spotify charged me via Paypal on the 19th, the last day of my premium. Tried to log into my account to see if I was still subscribed, but my email was no longer linked to a spotify account. Which was weird because I never closed the account. So maybe someone changed my email and reactivated premium so I am still getting charged? If I can't get a fix for this I will be filing a dispute on Paypal / trying to contact my bank. Please help.

 

Attached Paypal statements and confirmation of cancel. 

 

EDIT: Forgot to mention I used the same email to create a new account. Which I am using right now.
