I tried paying for student discount, didn't go through, and charged me?

I tried paying for student discount, didn't go through, and charged me?

I went on the computer, signed up for student discount, and I wrote down all the information when there was a notice that says the processing failed. So I deleted the page, decided to try it some other time, and when I check my bank account, Spotify charged me. Is this a glitch?

Yes it is but I was charged

This happened for me also.. Except spotify charged me 5 times and I still don't have premium. I'm angry. Does anyone know how to contact a person at Spotify? I would like to get my money back since I still can't listen to ad free music. Someone please HELP!!!!

This happened to me as well. And I see spotify still hasn't responded to you all. So going to bank and disputing charge. It's really frustrating that there is no customer service number. That's ridiculous.
