I unsubscribed but still got charged

I unsubscribed 1 day before my month-subscription was over, but I got charged €10 today (after 1 week)

Hi there,

 

Did you get a confirmation email when you cancelled your Premium subscription? All users get one when they do. It should be in your email account or hiding in the spam folder. :')
