I unsubscribed from Spotify Premium and was STILL charged

I went through the whole unsubcribe process. I even received a prompt from Spotify saying my Premium account privliges would end on 10/28. Spotify STILL charged my card on 10/31. What can I do?

I am being done the same way. I cancelled way over a month and I am still being charged. can not get anything done about this
