I unsubscribed to spotify but it still charged me

I tried the premium free trial in April 2014. I decided i didn't want to keep premium so i went on spotify within the free trial to cancel my subscription. I went through all the steps and successfully unsubscribed. Then today i got a bill for my monthly charge on spotify. I would like to know why it appeared to cancel but didn't and how to get a refund.

Spotify have been charging me AUD $11.99 every month since March last year and when I noticed the bank got some payments back but now even though I have cancelled my premium account they are still charging me $11.99 so don't know where to go unless I write a letter as no email or phone in Australia it seems!

Get in touch with Spotify directly here and they'll be happy to assist you! If you recive a "no-reply" e-mail, just reply to it and you'll be connected to an agent. 🙂

Contacting spotify support will not work. I have tried several times to contact them but with no success! It also charged me again even though I had clearly cancelled my Premium account! Spotify is a ripoff stealing people money!!!!
