I upgraded to Spotify Unlimited but I still get ads

Can you tell me why?

Its really annoying - I paid £4.99 to not get ads and to make things more annoying all of the ads keep telling me to upgrade to unlimited...when i have done! 

I paid for unlimited on the 15/5/13 which was taken out of my account instantly... can you fix this so that I am using unlimited spotify otherwise can I have a refund (as I am not using unlimited as there are continuous ads) or will cancel the whole account

Looks like you've been logging into a second account. Make sure it's your username hclockhart rather than your full email address that you use to log in and everything should be completely ad-free!
