I upgraded to premium, but I still have a free account

Hi guys, so in May 23th after my 7 premium free days are over i decided to upgrade to premium for 3 months by $9.00, i went to the page to do that, i put my credit card info there, and when I click the button to start my premium account, appear a message with the following (please have note I'm from Mexico, this message may have another variations): "oops, looks like your bank is having a bad day, don't worry we don't make any charges to your credit card". That's where they're wrong, after i read that message i got a notification on my cellphone that describes a purchase for spotify with the ammount of $9.18 MXN. I tried the troubleshooting, unnistalling the app on my cellphone, login out and login again, even I installed the desktop version but in any of them i can use the premium feature. Please i need help with this. Thank you.
